OUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
So, how can you pay for your Mt. Rinjani trekking adventure? Please read our payment and cancellation regulations carefully before you make a booking. By that, we would like to prevent misunderstandings.
Payment
In preparation for the tour and the reservation of the accommodation we will charge a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price. The payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer to our bank account and also in every currency with the exchange rate at the day of your booking. Your booking will be confirmed by paying the deposit. Once you arrive in Senaru you pay the remaining amount to our staff.
We know that your travel plans can change daily. Of course, last minute bookings are possible as well in case you are already on your holiday somewhere around Lombok. But please note that we can only offer you a trekking tour at short notice if we have free capacity. Just contact us via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel the tour the day before the trek actually starts, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. A cancellation at the same day of starting the tour to Mt. Rinjani will be charged with 70%.
Insurance and limitation of liability
For everyone who wants to trek Mt. Rinjani we recommend to have a proper travel insurance as Rinjani Hiking Club is not liable for injuries, accidents or even death not caused by us. You will do the trekking tour at your own risk. Please follow the instructions of your guide and porters to avoid unnecessary incidents. We also recommend to bring your personal medication (headache painkillers, antibiotics, etc.) in case you need it on the mountain. To trek Mt. Rinjani you should be in good health. If you have any food intolerances or allergies tell us in advance to the trip so that we can consider them during our preparations and later on the mountain.
We also ask you to take care of your personal belongings yourself. Rinjani Hiking Club is not liable for any damage or loss of your items. It can happen that tour itineraries change at short notice or that the view on Mt. Rinjani is restricted due to wind and weather conditions. Please understand that weather lies beyond our control and that we can’t be held liable for it. Weather on the mountain can be totally different than in its surrounding.
