Our dedicated porters play a crucial role in ensuring the success of your trekking expedition on Mt Rinjani. Their primary responsibility is to transport logistical equipment required for the trek program, such as tents, cooking utensils, and food supplies. However, they are not assigned to carry personal luggage or backpacks for individual trekkers.
We understand that some trekkers may prefer assistance with their personal belongings during the hike. To accommodate this preference, we offer an additional porter service exclusively for the purpose of carrying your personal luggage. This service is available at an extra cost of USD $22 per day.
By opting for the additional porter service, you can lighten your load and enhance your overall trekking experience. The porter will be dedicated to carrying your personal belongings, allowing you to trek more comfortably and fully immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of Mt Rinjani.

To provide you with the best service and ensure a smooth start to your Rinjani trekking adventure, we have convenient pick-up times based on different locations:
Senggigi Area: If you are staying in the Senggigi area, the pick-up time for your Rinjani trek will be between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Our team will coordinate with you beforehand to confirm the exact pick-up time and location.
Mataram Area: For those staying in the Mataram area, the pick-up time is also scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM. We will provide you with the specific details to ensure a seamless pick-up process.
Airport Area: If you are staying near the airport, we will arrange for your pick-up between 6:00 AM and 06:30 PM, allowing sufficient time to transfer to the Hotel Accommodation before start trek on the next day.
Please note that these pick-up times are approximate and subject to minor adjustments based on logistical considerations. Our team will contact you prior to your trek to reconfirm the exact pick-up time and location.
