Payment

To reserve your spot for the Rinjani trekking adventure, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price. This deposit is necessary for us to prepare for your tour and reserve your accommodation. You can make the payment via PayPal or bank transfer to our account, and we accept all currencies with the exchange rate on the day of booking. Once we receive the deposit, we’ll confirm your booking. The remaining amount is payable to our staff upon your arrival in Senaru.

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable, and sometimes last-minute bookings are necessary. We can accommodate these requests if we have free capacity. You can contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp for any inquiries.

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel your trekking tour. If you cancel your tour one day before the start of the trek, we’ll charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. If you cancel on the same day as the start of the tour, we’ll charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.

Insurance and Limitation of Liability

At Rinjani Trekking Club, we highly recommend that you have travel insurance before embarking on the Rinjani trek. We’re not liable for any injuries, accidents, or even death that’s not caused by us. Trekking Mt. Rinjani is done at your own risk, and we advise you to follow the instructions of your guide and porters to avoid any unnecessary incidents. Please bring your personal medication, such as headache painkillers and antibiotics, if you need them during the trek. You must be in good health to trek Mt. Rinjani. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know before the trip, and we’ll make the necessary preparations.

Please take care of your personal belongings during the trek, as Rinjani Trekking Club is not liable for any damage or loss of items. The tour itinerary may change at short notice, or the view of Mt. Rinjani may be restricted due to weather and wind conditions. Please understand that we cannot control the weather, and we’re not liable for any weather-related changes to the tour itinerary.
